Cherie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, with high honors, and her law degree from the University of Miami.  She has significant experience helping companies develop compliant employment law policies and practices. For nearly 20 years, Cherie has worked with a variety companies, ranging from some of the largest global companies to family-owned businesses and startups.  This wide range of experience has given her the ability to have an understanding and appreciation of the challenges and risks that exist in various workplaces.  She focuses on conducting impartial workplace investigations and providing training to HR professionals and other employees on a variety of employment law matters.  In addition to her years of relevant experience as an employment law attorney, Cherie is an active member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and has received her AWI-CH credentials after completing specific accredited workplace investigation training.
