Cherie Silberman has practiced law for more than 20 years, most recently as a Partner at a top-ranked national labor and employment firm.  She founded empath Employment & HR Law, P.A. to provide a more focused approach to conducting impartial workplace investigations and providing customized harassment prevention and other employment law compliance training.

Cherie has handled hundreds of employment disputes and represented companies in jury trials in both federal and state court.  That courtroom experience shapes the proactive training she provides to help employees avoid unwelcome conduct in the work environment. As a workplace investigator, Cherie draws on her skills and experience as a trained investigator and employment law attorney to conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations.
